MR QUICK CAR WASH APP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By agreeing to these terms, you understand that your Wash Club subscription is valid only for the vehicle you entered during this sign-up process.

The Mr. Quick Car Wash Monthly Wash Club provides members the ability to wash their eligible vehicle up to 10 times per month/once per day maximum while the membership is active. This is a pre-paid, monthly service. The card you have registered with us will be billed every month on the anniversary date of your sign-up. A minimum 3-month commitment is required. Your Wash Club subscription cannot be used from any other mobile devices, and wash codes cannot be shared. Your club membership is limited to one vehicle. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or cancellation of your Wash Club membership without reimbursement. You may cancel any time after your 3-month agreement by calling or emailing us with your request. If you initiate a cancellation, you will be able to continue using your Wash Club for the remainder of your pre-paid period. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods for any Mr. Quick Car Wash Wash Club Program. This service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Members may upgrade to a different wash and pay the difference at the time of wash. Mr. Quick Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program, including but not limited to Membership fees, from time to time as necessary. Only the car enrolled in the Wash Club is eligible for the program.

By enrolling in the Mr. Quick Car Wash Monthly Club, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this program and that your credit / debit card associated with this membership can and will be charged one time per month (on the anniversary date) the amount associated with the price of the service at the time it was purchased. In the event of your credit / debit card being declined for any reason or expired, we will make every attempt to contact you using the contact information you have provided. Until payment is received, we reserve the right to deny any and all wash services.

Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Mr. Quick Car Wash. Members must notify Mr. Quick Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership. Mr. Quick Car Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.

If you change your phone handset or re-install this app, you may be locked out of the Wash Club. This is a security feature to prevent unauthorized use of your account. If this occurs, please contact us to explain your situation so we can reactivate your plan.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and member consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of venue of the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
